“The Constitution and National Security Crisis Escalates”– Jeff Wright

Since the publication of the first investigative articles on TVOI News, nearly 3 months ago, the constitutional and national security crisis surrounding the entire Benghazi/Clinton email fiasco grows worse with each passing day.  Most importantly for Idahoans and the citizens of every state, the crisis in the Executive and Congressional branches grows right along with it.  This writer and others on TVOI News have been sounding various alarm bells for quite some time.  Yet, our Congressional delegation, news agencies and most others, Democrat and Republican have been actively attempting to ignore both the implications and consequences of ignoring the crisis.

With the most recent revelations, of the preceding week, it has become absolutely clear that all the gloves have to come off.  Failure to force action and to explain the full involvement of all senior government leaders, Democrat AND Republican in the obvious Benghazi attack cover-up, security breaches, weapons transfer program, misdirection, false statements and non-response, is becoming a big, big deal.  Particularly, the outright refusal (or even acknowledgment) of Idaho’s congressional delegation is becoming dangerously obvious.

That latest Daily Beast article, by John R. Schindler (linked above), outlines just a portion of the problem.  Like Schindler, this writer formerly held a TOP SECRET//SI//TK level clearance for several years.  Also held several other Special Compartmented Information/Special Intelligence and Special Access Program (SAP) designations in the Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), Communication Intelligence (COMINT) and Electronic Intelligence (ELINT) for a decade.  That access was held  over more than a decade while performing work on behalf of the Naval Security Group (NSG), NSA, Defense Communication System (DCS), US Air Force Space Command and Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA).

The apparent and obvious refusal to even acknowledge the request for interview and failure to respond to questions from a credentialed news agency by our Idaho Congressional delegation is leading to the growing implication of complicity in the unfolding events.  Given the potential involvement of senior elected officials, across the government in the communications loop during events of September 11, 2012, the crisis for Idahoans and, in fact all Americans, is growing quickly.

It is irrefutable that Secretary Clinton, having “TK” level signals intelligence on a non-certified, un-encrypted private server, whether properly marked or not, is a federal felony for EACH instance. When read-in to the Talent-Keynote program each person granted access is trained to recognize this type of intel and how to handle it.  Every day that passes with no call for charges, indictment, prosecution and impeachment of any and all involved is itself complicity in those events by any government official who has taken the oath and/or signed the access documents.

Worse yet, is the near-certainty that an electronically un-secured, private server of a senior government official was most likely targeted and compromised by the Chinese, Russians and who-knows-how-many other foreign intelligence agencies at will.  The former Secretary of State has not only fatally compromised herself to ever holding the office of President but has likely had her server relieved of some of the most sensitive intelligence capability the United States government develops.  The evidence will prove her to easily be a criminal and highly likely treasonous in her behavior.

Ask yourself how could she ever be allowed into private meetings or negotiations with ANY other world leader who may be holding information with which she could be compromised or blackmailed?

This writer is certain that tens- or even hundreds-of-thousands of former or current holders of such level clearances are observing these ongoing disclosures totally dumbfounded at the lack of action in bringing to justice those involved.  Ms. Clinton’s aspirations for the presidency are most certainly over.  The only question remains of how many of the rest involved will go down with her in the Administration, Congress, and the DoD?

And what of our Idaho delegation, particularly Senator Jim Risch?  Senator Risch has already been caught either intentionally or ignorantly misleading the Idaho Statesman editorial staff in his comments about the NSA’s Bulk Data Collection system.  As a senior member of the Senate Intelligence Committee, it is highly unlikely that he was not immediately privy to what went down that night in Benghazi and in the weeks following.  When will he categorically and unequivocally answer the following questions:

We have ‘crossed over the River Styx’ in these events if transparency, faith and integrity is not soon restored to the operation of our government.  Every Idahoan or any citizen in any other state should be highly and critically concerned as to what is transpiring in front of all of us.  The Union IS NOT in good shape and in fact is about to turn a very bad historic corner if these questions are not soon answered and dealt.  We have the beginnings of an election year already underway and are headed into 2016 in a huge unanswered mess.

Are YOU Ready?  What will you do?  Call your Congressional delegation and demand answers and transparency or let this one fly right by, again?  The events surrounding Banghazi and Clinton’s emails/server are unquestionably now reaching into articulate-able, treasonous behavior.  Those events certainly passed the “high crimes and misdemeanors” basic standard for impeachments quite awhile ago.  For any military officers involved, the charge of “Dereliction of Duty” comes to mind.
